Meet Rachel and Maggie
We're Rachel Wray and Maggie Wahlen, the team behind Dells Bookkeeping. We help small business owners keep transactions organized, accounts reconciled, and monthly reports easy to follow.
Our backgrounds span bookkeeping and business operations across a range of industries. Among that experience, Rachel has managed a million dollar e-commerce store, and Maggie has served as the primary bookkeeper for a nationwide service company. Rachel has also completed multiple college courses in business management, accounting, and managerial accounting. Maggie holds an associate degree in culinary and hospitality. We bring that hands-on experience to the everyday details: accurate records, consistent routines, and dependable bookkeeping support.

A few things you might be wondering
Can you help if my books are behind?
Yes. Whether you're behind by a few months or maybe even longer, we can review what needs attention and put together a catch-up plan. Cleanup work is quoted separately from ongoing bookkeeping.
Can I switch from another bookkeeper?
Yes. We'll talk through your current records, software, and any unfinished work, then agree on a handoff plan so everyone knows what happens next.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. We work with businesses in Wisconsin Dells, Mauston, Baraboo, and Reedsburg, as well as remote clients nationwide. We can discuss your needs by phone and agree on how to share records and stay in touch.
What should I have ready for the first call?
A quick overview of your business, the software you use, and what you need help with is enough to start. If we move forward, we'll identify the records and access needed. Please don't send passwords, account numbers, or financial documents through the contact form.
Do I need to change my accounting software?
