This notice explains how information is handled when you visit dellsbookkeeping.com or send us an inquiry. It covers the website and initial inquiries; arrangements for handling client bookkeeping records are discussed separately.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, business type, and message. We receive the information you submit by email and use it to respond, discuss your needs, and arrange next steps. Information sent directly by email becomes part of that correspondence.
Services that help run the website
Our form uses Web3Forms to process submissions and deliver them to our email inbox. Its infrastructure and spam-prevention providers may also process submission and technical information. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for its processing and retention practices.
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and requests to the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Pages that load Google Fonts send a request to Google, which receives technical information associated with that request. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Your information and requests
Inquiry information may remain in our email correspondence and in the systems used to process the form. To ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion, email [email protected]. We can discuss what is held and what can be removed, including any records that need to be retained for an ongoing service or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Keep sensitive records out of the form
Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, payroll records, or financial documents through the contact form. If records are needed for our work together, contact us first to arrange how to share them.

Our articles and photo credits link to other websites, which have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice when the website or its services change; the date above identifies the latest version.
